System Prompt AI is a service of editorr, LLC (San Diego, CA). The AI Receptionist service is provided as a monthly subscription. Service begins after your intake form is completed and your receptionist configuration is approved by you. You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you provide. The service is provided "as is"; while we work hard to make your receptionist accurate and reliable, editorr, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
We collect only the information needed to provide the service: your business details for configuration, and the contact information callers and chat visitors share (name, phone, email, appointment request) so we can deliver those leads to you. We do not sell personal information. Call and chat transcripts are stored securely and used only to operate and improve your receptionist. To request deletion of your data, email brian@getsystemprompt.com.
Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time — email brian@getsystemprompt.com or cancel from your billing portal link. Cancellation stops future charges; service continues through the end of the current billing period. If we fail to deliver your working receptionist within 14 days of your completed intake form, your first month is refunded in full on request.
